Accountability
You’ve worked hard, but your sales aren’t growing at the rate you want.
When you have high expectations, but you’re not sure how to break through to the next sales level, you:
- GET FRUSTRATED 😖 Something needs to change, but you’re not sure what.
- LOOK AT OTHERS & WONDER, “What am I doing wrong?” 👀
- FEEL STUCK ☹️ It seems like the only way to grow feels gimmicky and treats your customers more like dollar signs than people.
You can be great at sales and value your customers.
Having Brooke as a Sales Coach will:
Increase Your Sales Without Being "Salesy"
Being an excellent salesperson doesn’t mean you have to leave your ethics behind.
Gimmicks and tricks don’t set you up for long-term success.
You’ll learn how to value your customers, stand out from competitors, and make more sales.
Customers will thank you for the way you interact with them.
Give you Confidence to Sell
You’ll learn to be confident by focusing the conversation on your customers’ needs, asking excellent questions, and listening to what your customers tell you.
Confidence comes when you know how to solve your customers’ needs, not from having a slick presentation memorized.
Teach You What To Say (And When To Listen)
Sales strategy is excellent; selling frameworks are helpful (we have one). But what transforms you into an excellent salesperson is learning and practicing what to say and, more importantly, when to listen (Hint: listening more than talking is a sales superpower).
Our group coaching focuses on preparing you to have natural, non-scripted sales conversations that work.
Excite You About The Future
Dreading the next sales conversation or fearing you won’t achieve your goals doesn’t have to be your perspective.
You’ll have a clear vision of a successful future and know how to get there.
You can become confident in your sales conversations.
Sales conversations are intimidating when the only thing you are sure of is you don’t want to be “salesy.”
Building Momentum Sales Coaching teaches you a conversation framework that feels natural and gives you the confidence to sell more.

Meet Your Coach: Brooke Greening
Sitting across the table from a prospective customer or client and asking for a sale can be scary. I know; I’ve had thousands of these conversations in various businesses.
When I was starting out, this fear made me wonder if I could ever reach my sales goals. But what I discovered, and am excited to teach you, is that when you know the right framework for these conversations, you can succeed at sales and still have people like you.
Over time, I grew into a “sales fixer” role. I learned how to diagnose sales problems quickly, fix them, and establish sustainable growth. This focus can help you grow your business.
Coaching others is one of my favorite things to do. Coupling my Master’s in counseling with over 15 years of direct sales and coaching,
I look forward to helping you learn to succeed. Let’s get started.
Only 3% of People Trust Sales Professionals—Awesome 😆
So if you’re nervous about sounding salesy? You’re not wrong.
Most people I talk to want help with their sales—but they’re nervous about how they’re going to learn it.
They know exactly who they don’t want to sound like. They just haven’t found a way to sound like themselves and make the sales they want.
That’s why I created the SERVICE Sales Framework.
It’s what I teach every client I work with, and it’s designed to help you lead conversations that feel natural—and actually move things forward.
Here’s how it works:
S - Set Expectations
Start with clarity, not confusion. Let them know what’s ahead so no one’s guessing.
E - Establish Rapport
Not “weather small talk.” Real connection that builds trust without the awkwardness.
R - Recognize the Problem
Because if you’re solving the wrong problem? None of it is going to matter.
V - Verbalize the Value
Say what you do, why it helps, and how it actually solves their problem.
I - Identify Objections
If there’s hesitation, let’s talk about it. Ignoring it won’t help either of you.
C - Create Urgency
Without sounding like a sales bro. Urgency is about offering direction and hope, not manipulation.
E- Explain Next Steps
No vague “I’ll follow up soon.” End with clarity so both of you know where this is going.

What Others Are Saying
Before working with Brooke, I would get on the phone with a prospect and have great conversations, but because I was afraid to come across as a pushy salesperson. I had a hard time figuring out how to transition the call and make a sale. I was incredibly frustrated, thinking I just wasn’t good at sales. That ultimately led to my backing away from creating opportunities to book calls in the first place.
I was blessed enough to have Brooke come into my life and share a completely different way of thinking about sales. Her training was practical, actionable, and just made complete sense! I’ve never heard anything like it in all the sales training seminars and courses I’ve been through.
I’ve gone from dreading getting on a sales call to actually looking forward to the opportunity to talk with someone I know I can help who is excited about paying me to do so!
Before discovering Building Momentum, my sales cycle felt like an endless marathon, and I dreaded making sales calls. It was terrifying because, let’s be honest, sales are the lifeline of any business.
Working with Brooke changed everything. She gave me the accountability I needed and a safe space to ask all my questions. When she helped break down my sales process and set clear goals, I knew I was in good hands.
Now, while sales will always need effort, having Brooke’s support gives me the confidence to know I can do this!”
As a freshly certified guide, Brooke’s webinar gave me the confidence I needed to talk with my customers, but more importantly— to make them feel heard. With her approach to client conversations, I learned some excellent questions to ask prospects that get to the root of their problem, which ultimately leads me to how I can best help them and make the sale they actually need.
Sales conversations are rather difficult, especially when it comes to selling my writing services. Which is why I enrolled in the Building Momentum Sales Training. Brooke is a master conversationalist who helped me recognize ways I needed to show up with solutions for my prospects and lead them through the decision to buy. I recommend Building Momentum for anyone struggling to turn interested prospects into signed on the dotted line, paying clients!
