A peer advisory group for married co-operators who want their business, marriage, and faith to thrive together.
Because Running a Business Together Wasn’t in Most Premarital Counseling
You prepared for marriage.
Maybe you talked about communication.
Conflict.
Finances.
Family.
Faith.
But no one prepared you for building a company and family together while trying to follow Christ faithfully.
Every day, you’re navigating three intertwined responsibilities:
- Your relationship with God.
- Your marriage and family.
- And the business you lead — together.
They don’t exist in separate lanes.
But when pressure rises, those relationships start to collide.
And slowly, it can start to feel like:
- If the business wins, something else loses.
- If you protect time at home, growth slows.
- If you say yes to opportunity, something personal gets squeezed.
You never intended for your family, faith, or business to compete against each other
When your business, family and faith are aligned:
You make better decisions, faster.
- You stop circling major moves for months.
- Sales strategy becomes clear.
- Marketing efforts have direction.
- Strategic planning guides your next steps.
You know what to pursue — and what to decline.
You enjoy building this life together.
-
Hard business conversations don’t spill into everything else.
-
Pressure doesn’t dominate family time.
-
Connection stays strong — even in demanding seasons.
-
Your kids don’t compete with the company. They grow up watching you build wisely.
You lead from conviction.
-
Your values guide your direction.
-
Your decisions reflect your faith.
-
You grow without compromising what matters.
And you can experience this all with your spouse and like-minded business couples in our Joint Venture Peer Advisory Group.

Meet Scott & Brooke
We lead in business, in ministry, and at home — and we understand how closely those worlds intersect.
Scott serves as an executive pastor and recently completed his doctorate in leadership development. Certified in StratOp strategic planning, he helps leaders think clearly, align their teams, and execute with intention.
Brooke has over 20 years of experience in sales and is the creator of the SERVICE Sales Framework. As a StoryBrand-certified marketing guide for more than five years, she helps business owners clarify their message, strengthen their sales conversations, and build marketing that supports real growth. With a master’s degree in counseling, she brings a trained ability to guide difficult conversations, ask better questions, and surface what actually needs to be addressed.
Together, we’ve coached leaders, built organizations, and navigated the intersection of faith, family, and business in real time.
We’re excited to facilitate this room together and create a space where strong couples think clearly, contribute meaningfully, and move forward with conviction.

FAQs
Who is Joint Venture designed for?
Joint Venture is for married co-operators who have been building together for several years and are carrying leadership responsibilities. This room is designed for established couples who want their business, marriage, and faith to move forward together — not in separate lanes.
Do both spouses need to participate?
Yes. Joint Venture is built for couples leading together. You’ll attend the Couples Session as a pair, and each spouse will also participate in either the Men’s Session or the Women’s Session each month.
What stage of business is this for?
This advisory is best suited for stable, growing businesses with operational responsibility. It’s not designed for early-stage startups or couples still testing an idea.
Is this more business-focused or marriage-focused?
Both — because for married co-operators, those conversations overlap. We address sales, marketing, strategic planning, and operational leadership while recognizing how closely those decisions affect your marriage and faith.
Is this counseling or therapy?
No. This is a peer advisory for married co-operators who want to strengthen their business, their marriage, and their faith — together.
Brooke happens to have a master’s degree in counseling, so difficult conversations won’t scare us — but this isn’t therapy.
How often do we meet?
Each month includes one Couples Session and one Men’s or Women’s Session. We’ll share the full rhythm and expectations before the first cohort begins.
How large will the group be?
We’re intentionally keeping the room small to protect the depth of conversation and meaningful participation. This is not a large mastermind — it’s a focused advisory.
What kind of commitment is required?
Joint Venture is designed for couples who are willing to show up consistently, engage thoughtfully, and contribute to the room. This is not a drop-in group — it’s a serious commitment to growth and alignment.
What if our business is already doing well?
That’s often when this room is most valuable. Joint Venture isn’t built for crisis management — it’s for leaders who are already building well and want clarity, alignment, and wise counsel as they grow.
What happens when we join the waitlist?
Joining the waitlist ensures you receive updates as the first group forms. When enrollment opens, waitlist couples will be contacted first with the next steps and timing.
